         It can effectively remove the floating color attached to the polyester disperse dyes, improve the various fastnesses such as washing, rubbing, and weeping. Polyester does not need to be neutralized after dyeing. It is used under acidic conditions to replace insurance powder and caustic soda. Used for cleaning polyester fabrics after dyeing, improving production efficiency and shortening process flow.
         After the polyester is dyed, the polyester and its blended fabric are directly washed. The process is as follows: the pH of the dyeing bath is maintained at 4.5-5, the dosage is 1-3 g / L, 85 ºC -95 ºC * 15min, and then the next process is performed.
