APPLICATION
1.Dry Strength Agent GL-DS is a copolymer soluble in water. Dilution is recommended formost applications of GL-DS in thepapermaking process, allowing better distribution of the product since water-solublecopolymers are rapidly absorbed onto fiber surfaces. A dilution of 10:1 up to 20:1 within clean water is recommended.
2.Adding uniformly to the slurry in an amount of 5-10kgs for one ton paper.
3.Adding position that selected should have a full contact with the slurry.Generally located from the machine chest to the inlet of fan pump.
4.Use a plastic or stainless steel as the material for product's storage,dilution tank,piping etc..Iron-based material will cause corrosion and thickening phenomenon.
5.Do not mix with other chemicals when storage or using.
PACKIN & STORAGE
Packing: 200kg PE drum or 1000kg IBC drum.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.When loading and unloading, you should take care to prevent packaging and containers being damaged, avoiding leakage.
GL-DS302 should be handles properly to prevent contact with the skin or eyes. Improper handling of this product can be injurious to workers. Observe all safety precautions shown on the label and in the Material SafetyData Sheet.
